Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Medical qualification included in the First/Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule to the IMC Act.
- MD/MS/DNB in the concerned specialty.
- For Super Specialties: DM/M.Ch/DNB in the concerned subject.
- For Dentistry: MDS in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with Dental Council registration.
Teaching & Research Experience
- Professor: 10 years Post PG experience + minimum 4 research publications.
- Associate Professor: 6 years Post PG experience (including 3 years as Assistant Professor) + 2 research publications.
- Assistant Professor: 3 years Senior Resident/Teaching experience after PG.
👉 Candidates must have completed Basic Course in Biomedical Research & Medical Education Technology from recognized institutions (as per NMC guidelines).
Age Limit (as on 08-09-2025)
- Professor: Maximum 58 years
- Associate Professor & Assistant Professor: Maximum 50 years
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST/BC/EWS – 5 years
