The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the IBPS Clerk CSA Notification 2025 for the recruitment of Customer Service Associates (Clerical Cadre) in participating Public Sector Banks. This recruitment is part of the Common Recruitment Process (CRP-CSA XV) for vacancies of 2026-27.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

1. Nationality

  • Citizen of India or
  • Subject of Nepal/Bhutan or
  • Tibetan refugee settled in India before 1st Jan 1962 or
  • Person of Indian origin migrated from certain countries.

2. Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025)

  • Minimum Age: 20 years
  • Maximum Age: 28 years
  • Age Relaxation:
    • SC/ST – 5 years
    • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) – 3 years
    • PwBD – 10 years
    • Ex-Servicemen – up to 50 years

3. Educational Qualification (as on 21.08.2025)

  • Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
  • Must have proficiency in the local language of the state applied.
  • Computer Literacy is mandatory (Certificate/Diploma/Degree or studied IT as a subject).

📖 Exam Pattern

Preliminary Exam

  • English Language – 30 Q / 30 Marks – 20 min
  • Numerical Ability – 35 Q / 35 Marks – 20 min
  • Reasoning Ability – 35 Q / 35 Marks – 20 min
    👉 Total: 100 Marks, 60 Minutes

Main Exam

  • General/Financial Awareness – 40 Q / 50 Marks – 20 min
  • General English – 40 Q / 40 Marks – 35 min
  • Reasoning Ability – 40 Q / 60 Marks – 35 min
  • Quantitative Aptitude – 35 Q / 50 Marks – 30 min
    👉 Total: 200 Marks, 120 Minutes

⚠️ Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deduction for each wrong answer.
